Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, directing the learned Subordinate Court, Vedasandur to expedite and dispose the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2013 and the application in E.A.No.54 of 2018 in E.P.No.114 of 2007 on the file of learned Subordinate Court, Vedasandur, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2013 and the application in E.A.No.54 1/4

of 2018 in E.P.No.114 of 2007 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Court, Vedasandur, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioners. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the above said suit has been filed by the respondent / plaintiff for specific performance. He would further submit that the and the respondent had not completed the cross examination and failing to appear each and every hearing. Therefore, the said suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is facing trouble by the respondent, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur, to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur, to dispose of the said suit in E.A.No.54 of 2018 in E.P.No.114 of 2007 in O.S.No.42 of 2013, pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
