This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay compensation for the petitioner's father's death, dated 14.06.2024 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.10.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated dated 08.10.2024 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 2/4

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
