ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 10.06.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.20116 of 2023.

2. This Court has passed an order dated 10.06.2024 in W.P.(MD).No. 20116 of 2023, wherein, directed the respondents to consider the request of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment on merits.

3. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the respondent transport corporation has issued proceedings on 31.08.2024, informed that the name of the petitioner has been placed in Sl.No.899 in the seniority list. As and when the petitioner reaches the seniority, the request of the petitioner would be considered.
