This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 225 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order made in M.C.O.P.No.235 of 2014, dated 30.09.2022, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Additional District and Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court),Kumbakonam. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. The Petitioner filed a memo, dated 25.10.2025 stating that second respondent is the sister of the claimant and she is not a necessary party and prays to dispense with her appearance. The said memo is recorded and the appearance of the second respondent is dispensed with. R1 name printed in the cause list called absent, no representation and set exparte. Company finds some difficulty in processing this appeal and hence the delay occurred. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
