2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 name printed in the cause list, called absent and set ex-parte. The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection in allowing this Petition.

3.In view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the second respondent and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
