The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.12.2024, the petitioner has deposited 10% of the cheque amount i.e. a sum of Rs.69,700/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred only) to the credit of C.C.No.82 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul on 21.01.2025. A memo, along with a copy of the payment receipt, has been produced to that effect. The said memo is recorded.
