This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2480 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, by way of e-filing, on 18.03.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
