ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.11.2024, thereby he requests for alternative site for his livelihood.
2.Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner is a physically challenged person. He encroached a piece of land in the water catchment area and he was residing there. In order to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.17837 of 2024 to remove the encroachment in the water body, the revenue officials vacated the petitioner from water catchment area and the construction put up by the petitioner was removed by the revenue officials. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation seeking alternative site for his livelihood. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions submitted that already the petitioner was given with alternative site for his residence.

5.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no alternative site has been allotted in favour of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, the first and third respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner for his alternative site and pass appropriate orders as early as possible.
