ORDER
The petitioner, who is the complainant in the proceedings in S.T.C.No.46 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thoothukudi has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to execute the warrant issued by the trial Court against the first respondent herein.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the first respondent surrendered before the trial Court on 24.12.2024 and the NBW issued against him was recalled. Now the case is posted on 08.01.2025 for examination of P.W.1. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing remains to be considered further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
