Heard both sides.

2. The Managing Director of TNCSC issued proceedings on 04.10.2024 giving certain directions to the Regional Manager, Madurai. Based on the same, the Regional Manager also passed an order on 04.10.2024. That was the subject matter of the writ petition and the writ appeal. The corporation has filed the review application and the petitioner herein has filed the contempt petition also.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, the writ petition is closed preserving the right of the writ petitioner to canvass all his contentions in the pending contempt petition and the review application.
