ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy in H.S.No.27 of 2021. He would further submitted that several cases are pending against the petitioner and eight cases are pending trial and the respondent police has gone there only in search of him and nothing more than that.
3. Since the petitioner is an accused it cannot be termed as harassment.
4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
