This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11903 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17920 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11903 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17920 of 2024 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 22 days.

4.
