ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is seeking to appoint a Fit Person for Arulmigu Adaikalam Kaththa Ayyanar Thirukovil, Sallakulam, Village, Kulasekarankottai Utkattai, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed on record the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner/the second respondent herein under which an appointment of a Hereditary Trustee to the temple had been made.

3. In view of the same, the present writ petition for appointment of a Fit Person has become infructuous and this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the appointment, if he is aggrieved.
