The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee of the respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus to sanction pension to him by calculating the thirty years of service instead of 29 years 7 months of service as per pension Rules.

2. It could be seen from the records that the petitioner has addressed a representation to the respondents on 26.07.2024, and the same has also been acknowledged by the respondents. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
