ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 14.08.2024 thereby passing the order as per the resolution passed by the petitioner group and the third respondent group resolved in the Peace Committee Meeting.

2.The petitioner is an organizer/Nattamai of Arulmighu Muthalamman Temple situated at Keelatheru, Sevugampatti Village, M.Vadipatti, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The another Temple called Sangili and Sri Rakkai Amman Temple situated adjacent to the petitioner's house, are worshipped by a particular community namely Vellalar alone. However, the Temple in which the petitioner administers is worshipped by all community people. While being so, the third respondent is also claiming right over the Temple for the post of Nattamai. Therefore there was a complaint and a Peace Committee Meeting was conducted by the first respondent. Before the first respondent, the petitioner party and the third respondent party resolved some resolution. As per the resolution, the first respondent passed an order. Now, the petitioner challenges the order passed by the first respondent as if the petitioner is aggrieved 2/5

by the same on the ground that the petitioner is the administrator of the Temple.

3.Admittedly, the first respondent passed an order on the basis of the resolution resolved by the petitioner party and third respondent party. The first respondent has nothing to do with the rights of the petitioner as well as third respondent. If at all any grievance over the right of the third respondent, the petitioner can very well approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent dated 14.08.2024. Hence, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
