ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct Thirukarthigai Deepam and Sokkapanai Kozhuthum Vaibavam in the Sri Paramanar Temple by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 had placed on record the instruction received from the fifth respondent indicating that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and the same would be replied during the course of the day.

3. Recording the above, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy available to him.
