********** The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to disconnect and remove the electricity service connections in SNO. 57/10 situated at Killiyur B Village, Killiyur Taluk, Kanyakumari District obtained by the respondents 5 and 6 vide service numbers 196-010-411 and 196-010-399 respectively on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 20.6.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties, the Writ

Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that service connection as aforementioned has already been disconnected on 26.11.2024.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
