the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20827 of 2024, on 29.11.2024. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a threat perspective for the petitioners and hence the petitioners are not in a position to appear before the respondent Police. This fact is also confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions. 4.In view of the above, the condition No.5(b) in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20827 of 2024, on 29.11.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the Sulur Police Station at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions remains unaltered.
