ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of his appeal in D.No. 2527/121/2024, dated 01.10.2024.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner's appeal is pending with the first respondent. Without going into the merits of the petitioner's challenge 2/5

made in the said appeal, the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent shall be directed to canvas all their claims/objections before the first respondent and after conducting due enquiry and after affording fair opportunity, the first respondent shall dispose of the appeal dated 01.10.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 05.03.2025 am 3/5
