Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent CEO in Na.Ka.No.4303/Aa3/2022 dated 30.05.2022 suspending the petitioner from service w.e.f. 30.05.2022 and the consequential order retaining him in service in RC.No.4303/B3/2022 dated 31.05.2022 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to process the pension proposal of the petitioner dated 30.03.2022 as forwarded by the seventh respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.22/2022 dated 31.03.2022 and disburse the pension and other retirement benefits admissible to the petitioner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the suspension order dated 30.05.2022 and consequential order dated 31.05.2022.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, it is reported by the learned counsel on either side that the fifth respondent, by a proceedings dated 25.04.2025, has revoked the suspension order passed as against the petitioner and also permitted the petitioner to retire from service on 31.05.2022, on superannuation.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
