ORDER

The present review application is filed on the premise that the review petitioner/ 5th respondent in the writ petition has not conceded / consented to the suggestion made and recorded in the writ petition. The petitioner would thus request review of order dated 07.08.2024 in W.P. (MD)No.18776 of 2024.

2. On a perusal of order dated 07.08.2024, would show that 5th Respondent in writ petition was represented by a counsel who had consented to the suggestion. The order dated 07.08.2024 was made on the basis of consent of all the parties before this Court including the 5th Respondent in writ petition.

3. In view thereof, order dated 07.08.2024, does not suffer from any error apparent on the face of the record and thus review would not lie. The Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
