ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to disburse/release all the service benefits of the petitioner's deceased father, viz., S.V.Jeyachandran (No.51605) including family pension cum Death cum Retirement Gratuity to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the to direct the respondents to disburse/release all the service benefits of the petitioner's father viz., Late.S.V.Jeyachandran including family pension cum Death cum Retirement Gratuity, by considering his representation dated 11.11.2024, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
