O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by daughter of a deceased NonMustard Roll employee (NMR) working in the first respondent Municipal Corporation, seeking a mandamus to dispose of her representation dated 24.01.2023.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner's father was working as a Sanitary Employee in the first respondent Corporation and he passed away while he was in service on 15.05.2022. The petitioner has given a representation on 24.01.2023 seeking a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- from the NMR Group Insurance Scheme. However, the said representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2023 and pass orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
