2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 03.06.2025), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has already issued Non-traceable certificate and the same came to be received by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would concede the same.
