This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.09.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.18503 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors/ respondents on instructions, submitted that the respondents/contemnors had filed an Appeal in L.P.A.(MD).No.7 of 2025 before this Court and interim stay was granted in favour of the respondents/contemnors. 3.In view of the same, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the same after the disposal of L.P.A. (MD).No.7 of 2025, if so advised.
