ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 353, 307, 379(sand) IPC and 21(4) of MMDR Act, in P.R.C.No.114 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused in P.R.C.No.114 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307, 379(sand) IPC and 21(4) of MMDR Act.
3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in 294(b), 353, 307, 379(sand) IPC and 21(4) of MMDR Act, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 19.11.2024.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
5. The the learned Government Advocate submitted that there are 19 previous cases against the petitioner.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders in accordance with law.
