JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal has been filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.869 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

2. When admittedly, the appellant's driving license was issued in December 2022, which, as per the essential requirements referred to in the application, is invalid since it was issued after the first of July, we fail to understand as to how the appellant could be awarded the additional two marks, which she had claimed before the learned Single Judge.

3. This apart, when the counter affidavit filed by the official respondents before the Writ Court specifically averred that the private respondent herein had produced a driving license, which has been accepted by them, the appellant has not produced any other document to prove otherwise before the Writ Court. While that being so, the Writ Court had rightly rejected the appellant's claim for additional two marks and hence, we do not find any infirmity in such a finding.

4. Accordingly, there are no merits in the appeal and the same stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
