ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor /3rd respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.5894 of 2024, dated 06.11.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 05.02.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court, dated 06.11.2024 in W.P(MD) No.5894 of 2024 has been complied with and the respondent police has also filed a detailed report and that therefore, the petition may be closed. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
