The respondent has passed a negative order on 31.12.2024. The petitioner has to necessarily challenge the same. Since the order dated 31.07.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.17997 of 2024 was not on merits, I am not in a position to grant relief to the petitioner.

2. With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed.
