This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in Crl. O.P(MD).No. 2450 of 2024 dated 03-07-2024 has not been complied with.

2.Today(24.01.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that a final report in Crime No. 177 of 2021, on the file of the Orathanadu Police Station has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathandu and the same is yet to be taken on file.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this contempt petition is closed. It is the responsibility of the respective Inspector of Police to ensure that the final report is taken on file by the concerned Magistrate as expeditiously as possible.
