Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19290 of 2024 on 08.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19290 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for the past 23 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19290 of 2024 on 08.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 05.30p.m., until further orders. sd/- 16/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / / 12 /2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
