PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS Act. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.211 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, 1989 and altered into Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.211 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the offence has been altered and the offence under SC/ST Act has also been added through an alteration report dated 27.09.2024.

3. In view of the above, this anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable and liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
