Today, this case is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that this Court by an order dated 04.11.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.30469 of 2024, had directed the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 26.10.2024 & 28.10.2024. But, however, the 1st respondent namely the Secretary to Government, Department of Home (Police), Chennai is the competent authority to dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 26.10.2024 & 28.10.2024. Hence, he prays this Court to rectify the said error and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to delete the word ''second'' in the first line of Para.3 and replace the same by adding the word ''first'', in the order made in W.P.(MD).No.30469 of 2024 dated 04.11.2025.
