ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the impugned FIR in Crime No.107 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation was conducted and the same was closed as 'action dropped'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
