By an order dated 30.04.2025 of this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 30412 of 2024, the III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, was directed to dispose of O.S.No.297 of 2023 not later than 31.10.2025. A letter dated 27.10.2025 has been submitted by learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, requesting for an extension of six (6) months to dispose of the above mentioned suit.
