ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 440 days in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.53998 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this 2/4

petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
