2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners in all these petitions. Though notice has been served on the respondents, none appeared on their behalf.
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 94 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
