ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry 2.The case of the petitioner is that the respondent Police advised the petitioner to stay away from one Aravinth and took the photo of the petitioner and asked him to come to the Police station. The respondent Police harassing the petitioner by knocking his doors during odd hours. Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is involved in a case in Cr.No.102 of 2021 and now he was enlarged on bail. Since the respondent Police has got an adverse information against the petitioner, they went to the house of the petitioner only for the purpose of enquiry. In order to prevent the petitioner from doing any unlawful activities, the respondent Police is warning the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is belongs to nomadic group and doing some handcraft works for his livelihood, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, without issuing summons to the petitioner.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
