[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A. (MD)No.105 of 2023 dated 09.07.2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2.It is stated that as against the order passed in the Writ Appeal, the respondents have preferred a Special Leave Petition in Diary No.57855 of 2024 and by an order dated 10.01.2025, the judgment in the Writ Appeal has been stayed.
