ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 21.06.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.13253 of 2024.

2. This Court by an order dated 21.06.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.13253 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the respondent Municipal Corporation to give appropriate clarification with regard to the date of birth of the writ petitioner and disbursement of terminal benefits and the pension of the writ petitioner. In compliance of the orders of this Court dated 21.06.2024, the respondent Municipal Corporation has issued a proceedings on 24.01.2025, releasing the terminal and pensionary benefits of the petitioner.
