This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No. 30 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Crime Branch, Theni.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistate, Theni and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.422 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose the case at the earliest. He would further submit that there are totally 15 witnesses in this case.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistate, Theni to complete the trial by giving preference with out any further delay.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of .
