This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No. 191/2024 on the file of the first respondent Police Station and quash the same in so far as this petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy West, by way of efiling in LTN.20230000761 C.No.202500312 on 29.12.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
