ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 09.01.2025, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Family Court, Madurai vide letter in D.No.1083 / 2025 dated 21.07.2025, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 09.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in HMOP No.338 of 2023 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1083/2025, dated 21.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 09.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 09.01.2025.
