ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to respondents to reopen the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No. 391/2024 and initiate necessary action and consequently direct the first respondent to initiate necessary action against the erred officials who closed the petitioner's complaint
2. The petitioner had lodged complaint on 16.07.2024 for which CSR No.391 of 2024 assigned. Thereafter enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on enquiring both the parties since it is dispute between the husband and wife the complaint has been enquired and closed.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not aware about the closure report and in all forms the petitioner's complaint ought to have been registered. 2/4
5. In view of the same, the closure report in CSR No.391 of 2024 is set aside. The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai is directed to re-open the compliant of the petitioner and to conduct enquiry in this regard. The enquiry process to be completed within a period of two months.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
