ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on C.S.R.No.563 of 2024, dated 26.11.2024, and to initiate necessary action as per law.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.6 of 2025 for the offence under Section 420 of the I.P.C. has been registered by the second respondent Police on 03.01.2025 against the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
