When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by mistake he has filed these Civil Revision Petitions instead of filing regular appeals. Therefore, he sought leave of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revision petitioners to work out remedy as per law. For that purpose let the original order be returned to the revision petitioner by the Registry, on proper undertaking. At the time of filing the appeal, the time spent in this proceeding may be deducted by virtue of Section 14 of Limitation Act.
