ORDER

In the present petition, this Court passed a final order on 22.01.2026, directing the first respondent police to execute the warrant in Crl.M.P.No.2830 1/3

of 2024 in M.C.No.10 of 2019 within a period of three weeks and it is listed for reporting compliance.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner and her husband have united and the petitioner has requested not to execute the warrant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has rejoined her husband and that the warrant may not be executed.
