ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in connection with the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.10.2024.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had given a complaint, dated 28.10.2024 before the 3rd respondent Police, which was not acted upon. Therefore, he sent a representation to the respondents to transfer investigation from the file of 3rd respondent to any other investigating agency. However, the same is not considered. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.593 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(2) 2/4

and 351(3) of BNS Act has been registered by the 3rd respondent Police. The investigation is in progress and it would be completed without any delay.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
