PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in in Crime No.124/2024 dated 20.11.2024 on the file of the second respondent police for offences under Sections 417, 341, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.124 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST Act Cases, Srivilliputhur and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.32 of 2025. 3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
