ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take steps to establish a law school in a suitable place at Madurai as like the School of Excellence in Law (SOEL) established in the campus of Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, by considering his representation dated 18.11.2024.

2.After going through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are of the view that the establishment of the law college is a policy decision of the Government and we cannot interfere on the same. The grievance of the petitioner has to be redressed by the Government not by this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
